I live just across the harbor from this beautiful bridge. We walk from our place to the bridge occasionally to walk across
Very beautiful bridge. A must see to drive by going to the USS IOWA from long beach. Impressive engineering
Love the view of the port and the beautiful bridge
Looking forward to working with caltrans and also looking forward to the new bridge spaces that account Transit put in from the i-66 San Diego to Santa Monica.thru Carson, CA as well.

Great new bridge. It's like driving onto some titanic ship, maybe even space ship. The two great concrete towers of the bridge are between (in middle) of the two sides of freeway with huge suspension cables that shoot down diagonally like falling stars. As you pass over the tall apex of bridge...you can see the very top off the old Bridge they are dismantling soon! Imagine all those tons of steel coming down. I also saw a walkway with plaques or info to read at very top so maybe way to tour there.
Great walking and biking trail on the South side to view the Port of Long Beach. Access from Ocean Blvd. Goes about 2/3 the way of the bridge then runs into a chain link fence. Enjoy and bring you low gears on your bike!!!
Great place to take a walk or ride and enjoy the views.
Spectacular bridge and an awesome drive! I've driven through here both during the day and at night. On both occasions the views are impressive, but they are exceptional at night especially seeing the lights of the bridge itself. If you …
